To enquire more about how we service and install our systems, be sure to get in touch with us.
Depending on the size and scale of the project, there are two/three key phases in our water mist installation service.
After a date and time is confirmed, our engineers will attend to the site that fits in with you and your schedule. Typically, this visit is completed in the earlier stages of the project for necessary preparations. We use special, purpose-built piping that is small and flexible, resulting in little interruption to other contractors working.
The system starts to come together during the second stage of installation, which is frequently combined with commissioning. Once complete, engineers will visit the site to install all nozzle heads into the designated locations throughout the building. A final pressure test will be performed once all the nozzles have been placed. This is to make sure that all newly added components to the system are properly fixed and secured. When satisfied, we will install the pump system in the agreed-upon position.
The Fire Mist sprinkler pump unit is now fully assembled. It is linked to all necessary utilities, powered up, and tested by the crew. The pump is commissioned and left in full operation after a quick system cycle to make sure it’s in working properly. Once satisfied with the system, the commissioning engineer will provide a completion certificate that may be sent to the building control officers for approval.
